1. You have to get up in the morning and drink hot water.
Get up in the morning is good habits. In modern life style, people have slept leat night and weak up last morning. That is not good for health. You are also know that early to bed and early to raise. In spiritual thought that early morning is not good for physical health aslo effect in spiritual health. So now today you follow this good habits.
When u get up in early morning at first you take a one glass hot water which improve your health. Hot water must be drink in the morning. Hot water is purify your digestive system and reduce heart attack. Hot wate is special medicine for fat reduce. So when you get up at frist take a one glass water must.
2.Exercise like in about an hour
Exercise is protein for health. If you will want healthy life , you must give one hour in daily for your body. Exercise can give a strong health and mind.Nervous system, digestive system, and mentally strong through this exercise . So daily one hour for you.
3.Stay away from fast food .
Fast food is very delicious. But when it will go digest system this is a poison. First food bring a various disease in body. When digest system is weak now look in you body many types of disease as like Hair falls, Abdominal pain, Headache and Gastric. So avoid first food for your health.
4.Drink three to four liter of water daily
Water is purify your blood . Every man has 75% wate in his body. Water is most needy element for body. 3 to 4 liter wate need a healthy human body.
5.Must go to bed early at night:
It's a good habits. When you go to sleep leat night, don't follow your health life chat. Early to bed when you get up early. Every day you go to bed leat night your body special eye, mind very effective. So you go to bed early night.
